Fulfillment Policy
Things Never Learned provides digital educational services through live virtual classes, private
coaching, and tutor feedback on student work.
1. Service Delivery
● All tutoring services are delivered live via Zoom and supported with Google Classroom.
● Access to online class materials is granted according to the semester schedule and after
enrollment confirmation and orientation.
● Office hour sessions, class recordings (where applicable), and feedback are delivered
through our secure learning platforms.
2. Materials Delivery
● Most curriculum materials are provided in digital format through Google Classroom.
● If a physical curriculum is needed in your program, it is the parent’s obligation to order it
directly. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days within the U.S.
3. Delays or Technical Failures
● In the rare event of a service interruption (such as a canceled class), a video lesson or
alternate open office opportunity will be provided.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
● Enrollment is binding for the full semester.
● We do not issue refunds for missed sessions, early withdrawal, or scheduling conflicts.
● Exceptions to this policy are only granted in cases of documented emergency and are at
the sole discretion of the company.
